If you forget to cancel, fees do apply. Members will be charged $10 and casual and class pass holders will forfeit a class from their account for the missed class.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the class starts so you can meet your instructor and get set up in the space. Please always ensure you notify the Instructor of any existing injuries or pregnancy before the class.
You will be asked to complete a short health screening form when we first meet you! We want to take the best care of your body.
AFTER YOUR FIRST CLASS
It gets easier (well less shakey, promise) so stay strong and book in for your next class to keep those muscles working!
One of the team may give you a call after your first class to check how your body is feeling.
COME AS YOU ARE
At SCULPT, we believe in the concept of sustainable fitness. This means our programs are customisable to all lifestyles and designed to support, strengthen and rehabilitate our bodies. It's our mission to cater to everyone in the room, so there are plenty of opportunities to stay with base movements or get a little fancy with variations.
We’re blessed to have the expertise in-house to take care of pregnant women and new mums. Our goal is to create a community focused on good vibes, self-love and conscious movement.
WHAT TO BRING
Just bring yourself, a bottle of water, and wear comfortable activewear. We do require that you wear grippy socks to all classes for hygiene reasons but do not stress if you don’t have any as we sell these in the studio. We supply your mat and equipment and a secure space to leave your personal belongings.
COVID-19 Safe Plan
Sculpt Barre Fitness is committed to providing our members and instructors with the safest environment possible and we have ensured that our studio is ready for members to return and continue getting the same service and experience with new safety measures in place.
Our COVID-19 Safe Plan follows the guidance and recommendations of health authorities and the government and falls under four key categories.
1. Physical distancing
2. Practice good hand hygiene, clean and disinfect your environment
3. Stay at home if you are unwell and have any symptoms of the virus
4. Contact tracing
Sculpt and other facilities are permitted to have 1 person for every 4 square metres of the venue. Sculpt is limiting the number of people in our facility to a maximum of 11 people.
Ie if a class has 10 clients and one instructor in the studio, we have reached our legal limit and will not allow anyone else in the studio at the same time.
This means that anyone coming for the next class must wait outside the studio until the prior class has exited. Markings have been placed on the floor to ensure that appropriate physical distancing is in place.
Hygiene - Cleaning and Disinfecting
Personal hand hygiene, cleaning and disinfecting is a public health recommendation to minimise the transmission of the virus.
Hand sanitisers will be provided to everyone on arrival and the studio will be cleaned with commercial grade disinfectant throughout the day. Signage appears around the studio instructing all members to wash hands properly, keep social distance and avoid touching their face.
Stay at home if unwell
Public health authorities advise all people to stay at home if they are unwell or display any symptoms of COVID-19 infection. People are advised to seek medical advice and testing for COVID-19 if they suspect they have the infection.
All members and instructors should be advised that they must not attend the studio if they are unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19, suspect they may have been infected with COVID-19 (including close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19) or been advised by health authorities to self isolate.
All bookings are done via online bookings so that we know exactly who has come to the studio and when they attended to ensure we are able to properly contact trace if ever the need arises.
We are confident that following these safety measures will ensure a a safe environment for our members, instructors, partners and the wider community.
