We are so excited to be inviting you to this magical event!
The Self Women's Wellness Workshop is a gathering to celebrate Women's Health Week and talk real talk in our safe space that was created for women by women.
Guest speakers include Founder of The Core Health, Samantha Flook, blogger and Nutritionist Liv Nutritious hosted by Founder of Sculpt Barre Fitness, Laura Bullock.
These three incredible ladies will be presenting and sharing some fresh opinions on topics including:
Why Body Gratitude over the body positive movement with some practical ways to build your gratitude
Nutrition for life and saying no to diets
Why Mindfulness is so important for confidence, body awareness and nourishing self discipline
Why choose sustainable fitness and conscious movement
We will come together and celebrate your body, every body, your health and wellness. We want you to leave feeling confident and empowered to live a happy, healthy life and nourish your body.
Proceeds from the event will be going The Humankind Project and Nutrition for disadvantaged children.
